Holyoke (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an investment manager or managers to run about $15 million in an active emerging market equity allocation for the $250 million defined benefit plan.
Large-cap, small-cap and all-cap core strategies will be considered. However, only commingled investment vehicles will be considered.
The board may select more than one manager.
The search is being conducted to comply with state law that requires putting contracts out for rebid every seven years, said Cheryl A. Dugre, executive director of the pension fund. OFI Global Asset Management and Lazard Asset Management are the current managers; they are invited to rebid.
A copy of the RFP is available by contacting Ms. Dugre via email at [email protected]. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. EST March 1. A selection date was not disclosed.
