Kentucky Retirement Systems, Frankfort, is searching for a firm to audit its financial statements for fiscal years 2017, 2019 and 2020, said David L. Eager, interim executive director, in an email.
It is anticipated that Kentucky’s auditor of public accounts will perform the auditor for fiscal year 2018, which ends June 30, 2018, according to the RFP.
The incumbent auditor, Dean Dorton Allen Ford, will be invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on the $15 billion retirement system’s website.
Proposals are due by March 3 with a hiring decision anticipated on March 17.
