Houston Municipal commits up to $20 million to EnCap fund

Houston Municipal Employees Pension System committed up to $20 million to EnCap Energy Capital Fund XI, spokesman Peter Koops said in an email.

The oil and gas fund is managed by EnCap Investments.

The $2.3 billion pension fund previously committed $20 million to predecessor fund EnCap Energy Capital Fund X in 2015.
