Innovest Portfolio Solutions, a Denver-based investment consulting firm, acquired boutique investment consulting firm Seven Two Partners, said Innovest spokeswoman Whitney Wilkerson.
Terms of the deal are not being disclosed. As part of the deal, Seven Two Partners founder Nicholas Rotello joins Innovest as chief investment officer, a new position. “We believe the acquisition of Seven Two Partners into Innovest will allow us to build on the tremendous research foundation that we have spent 20 years creating. Nick will bring a new perspective as Innovest’s CIO and allow us to continue to grow,” Richard Todd, CEO and managing principal at Innovest, said in a news release.
Innovest Portfolio Solutions will now have about $15 billion in worldwide assets under advisement, according to Ms. Wilkerson.
