Belmont (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for a custodian.
Candidates must have experience working with public pension plans and a global platform in order to be considered.
NEPC, investment consultant to the $90 million pension fund, is assisting.
This search was initiated to comply with state procurement regulations, said NEPC consultant Scott Driscoll. Incumbent custodian State Street is welcome to rebid.
The RFP is available on NEPC’s website.
Proposals are due by 4 p.m. EST on Feb. 7. A selection is expected to be made sometime in the second quarter.
