Investment consulting firm AndCo Consulting acquired Bidart & Ross, an investment consultant that predominately advises defined contribution plans, an AndCo spokeswoman said.
Terms of the deal, which is effective immediately, are not being disclosed.
Orlando, Fla.-based AndCo Consulting, formerly The Bogdahn Group, has about $70 billion in assets under advisement.
Reno, Nev.-based Bidart & Ross employees have become AndCo employees. The firm has about $3.5 billion in assets under advisement and is the first venture into the western U.S. for AndCo.
