Peoria, Ariz., is searching for its first investment consultant for its $60 million 457 plan, said Lisa Houg, contract officer in the city’s procurement department, in an e-mail.
The city is searching for its first consultant, which would provide 457 plan and investment consulting services, and also assist in developing a deferred compensation committee, as well as an investment policy, neither of which the city currently employs.
The plan’s record keepers are ICMA-RC and Nationwide.
The RFP is available on the city’s website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. MST on Jan. 10. The city hopes to make a decision in mid-February.
