President-elect Donald J. Trump formed a team called the President's Strategic and Policy Forum composed of money managers and corporate heads to offer their views on the intersection of public policy and economic growth, job creation and productivity, according to a news release.
The forum will be chaired by Stephen A. Schwarzman, chairman, CEO and co-founder of alternative investment firm Blackstone Group. Other members of the 16-member forum include Jamie Dimon, chairman and CEO of J.P. Morgan Chase; Laurence D. Fink, chairman and CEO of BlackRock; Rich Lesser, president and CEO of Boston Consulting Group; Adebayo Ogunlesi, chairman and managing partner of infrastructure manager Global Infrastructure Partners; and Mark Weinberger, global chairman and CEO of accounting and advisory firm Ernst & Young Global.
The first meeting of the forum will be held at the White House in the first week of February.
