Manchester (N.H.) Employees’ Contributory Retirement System named Fidelity Institutional Asset Management, Kabouter Management and Segall Bryant & Hamill as finalists in its search for an active international small-cap or midcap equity manager to run $10 million, said Gerard Fleury, executive director, in an e-mail.
The $198 million pension fund conducted a shortlist search and finalists will make presentations at a Dec. 5 investment committee meeting, with a decision expected no later than Dec. 13, Mr. Fleury said. All finalists are presenting small-cap strategies.
Funding comes from rebalancing. The pension fund increased its target to international equity to 15% from 9% in April as a result of an asset allocation review.
