Butte County Deferred Compensation Plan, Oroville, Calif., is searching for an investment consultant, said David Houser, auditor/controller for the county.
The plan does not currently have a consultant. Due to budget constraints, the county’s contract with investment consultant Arnerich Massena ended in 2012. The county’s board of supervisors has now agreed to fund a consultant. Arnerich Massena can rebid, Mr. Houser.
The deferred compensation plan had $44.3 million in assets as of June 30.
The RFP is available on Public Purchase’s website. Registration is required. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. PST on Nov. 18, with a hiring decision expected the week of Nov. 21.
