Danbury, Conn., is searching for a record keeper or bundled provider for its 457 and 401(a) plans, said Charles J. Volpe Jr., city purchasing agent.
The city issued an RFP due to the pending expiration of current record keeper MassMutual Financial; the firm is invited to rebid, Mr. Volpe said.
The 457 plan has $48 million in assets and the 401(a) has less than $1 million in assets.
Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EST on Nov. 23. A selection is scheduled for the week of Jan. 23, with a contract start date of July 1. The RFP is available on the city’s website.
