Matthieu Mouly was named CEO of Lyxor Asset Management U.K., replacing Pierre Gil.
Mr. Mouly combines his new role with his current position as global head of ETF sales and will continue to work in close cooperation with Arnaud Llinas, head of Lyxor ETFs and indexing.
Based in London, Mr. Mouly reports to Lionel Paquin, CEO of Lyxor Asset Management based in Paris, and locally to Ian Fisher, country head for the U.K. at parent company Societe Generale Group, the money manager said in a news release.
The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
Mr. Gil will take on a new role within Societe Generale. Lyxor's spokeswoman declined to comment about Mr. Gil's new position.
Lyxor has $115.9 billion in assets under management.
