New Orleans City Employees’ Retirement System is searching for an investment consultant, said Jesse Evans Jr., director, in an e-mail.
The $340 million pension fund issued an RFP due to new rules from the city’s office of supplier diversity, which suggested opening services up for bid following the first of two one-year renewal options with The Bogdahn Group, the pension fund’s current consultant.
The Bogdahn Group is invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on the city’s website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. CDT on Nov. 1. A timeline for a decision has yet to be determined.
