Margaret Belmondo was named senior consultant on the public funds team at NEPC, spokesman Matt Kirdahy said.
The position is new. Effective Oct. 3, Ms. Belmondo will join the team that consults on $535 billion in assets. She will be based in Bryn Mawr, Pa., and report to partner Douglas W. Moseley.
Ms. Belmondo was a director in the asset management group of PFM Group. A spokeswoman for PFM did not know by press time whether she had been replaced.
The firm had $920 billion in assets under advisement as of June 30.
