Houston Municipal Employees Pension System committed up to $20 million to natural resources fund Tillridge Global Agribusiness Partners II, said spokesman Peter Koops in an e-mail.
As of Sept. 30, 2015, the $2.3 billion pension fund had an 18.4% allocation to private equity, according to Pensions & Investments’ data.
