Alistair Jones was named global head of custody product at J.P. Morgan Chase, said a spokesman.
The position is new, said the spokesman. Mr. Jones started Sept. 5 and is based in London.
He was head of custody, Europe at HSBC. A spokeswoman for HSBC was not available to comment on a replacement by press time.
