North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System, Bismarck, placed the AllianzGI NFJ Small Cap Value Fund on watch for performance, said Bryan Reinhardt, research and planning manager, in an e-mail.
The Allianz Global Investors fund is an investment option in the retirement system’s $10.9 million 401(a) plan and $77.5 million 457 plan. About $1.5 million total is invested in the Allianz fund across both plans.
An Allianz spokeswoman declined to comment.
