Chattanooga (Tenn.) Fire & Police Pension Fund will launch a search for an investment consultant in the next few weeks, said Frank Hamilton, fund administrator.
The $230 million pension fund issues an RFP every five to eight years for due diligence purposes, Mr. Hamilton said. Current consultant Gerber/Taylor Capital Advisors is invited to rebid.
Mr. Hamilton said the board hopes to make a selection by the end of the year.
The RFP will be posted within the next few weeks on the pension fund's website.
