Paulus Ingram left APG Asset Management U.S. as head of hedge fund investments, said a spokesman.
The €433 billion ($482.9 billion) manager runs the assets of the €402 billion Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, Heerlen, Netherlands.
“While APG Asset Management considers a replacement, (Mr.) Ingram’s responsibilities have been divided among the internal team,” said the spokesman in an e-mail.
Details on Mr. Ingram’s plans could not be learned by press time.
