Blackstone Group’s Strategic Partners Fund Solutions closed Strategic Partners Real Estate Fund VI at its $1.3 billion hard cap, the company announced in a news release on Wednesday.
The opportunistic secondary real estate fund is focused on “acquiring portfolios of high-quality real estate interests and co-investments from investors seeking liquidity,” the release said.
Investors include the $86 billion Ohio Public Employees’ Retirement System, Columbus.
