Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis hired White Oak Advisors as consultant to its $77 million 403(b) plan.
It's the first consultant hired for the plan, said Ed Isakson, director of human resources for the archdiocese.
OneAmerica is the plan's record keeper.
The plan has 13 investment options and a suite of 10 target-date funds that is the default option, Mr. Isakson said. Employees are automatically enrolled at 2% of pay and their contributions are automatically increased each year up to the maximum 8% of pay, all matched on a 50% basis, he said.
