Pensions & Investments has hired two new staff members, in London and Chicago.
Paulina Pielichata has joined P&I's London office as a senior reporter. It is a new position.
Ms. Pielichata covers institutional investment and money management in the U.K. and Europe.
Prior to joining P&I, she was a reporter and online editor at Global Investor/ISF. She has also worked as a reporter at Metal Bulletin.
Ms. Pielichata has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and journalism from Queen Mary University of London, and a post-graduate degree in European studies from the University of Westminster, London.

Charles McGrath joined P&I in July as data editor. He is based in Chicago.
Mr. McGrath previously served as an analyst and consultant with Aon Hewitt and Mesirow Financial, working with both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
He has a bachelor's degree from The University of Iowa, later earning his CAIA designation in 2012 and his CFA charter in 2015.
