Alameda County Employees’ Retirement Association, Oakland, Calif., committed $35 million to buyout fund Angeles Equity Partners I, said Agnes Ducanes, administrative specialist, in an e-mail.
The $6.6 billion pension fund’s board approved at its Aug. 19 meeting the investment committee’s prior recommendation to make the commitment to the manager’s first fund.
