Troy Clutterbuck was named chief financial officer at NOW: Pensions, London.
In this newly created role, Mr. Clutterbuck will oversee finance, human resources, legal and compliance, a spokeswoman said. “He will also join NOW: Pensions’ commercial board.”
“Troy has extensive experience working in entrepreneurial, fast-growing businesses and has a strong understanding of financial services and employee benefits,” CEO Morten Nilsson said in a statement.
Mr. Clutterbuck joined NOW: Pensions, a £240 million ($314 million) multiemployer defined contribution plan, from Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group where he had spent 15 years, most recently as regional CFO, Latin America and Canada.
