Danvers (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for a U.S. large-cap growth equity index manager to run $2 million, said an RFP provided by Susan Little, board administrator.
The allocation will be benchmarked against the Russell 1000 Growth index. Graystone Consulting, investment consultant to the $100 million defined benefit plan, is assisting with the search.

Proposals are due by 5 p.m. EDT on Sept. 13. A selection is expected to be made by Dec. 31.
