West Midlands Pension Fund, Wolverhampton, England, committed £50 million ($64.8 million) to a Kames Capital real estate fund, spokesman Kevin Thompson said in an e-mail.
The name of the Kames fund could not immediately be learned.
The £11.7 billion pension fund previously committed £60 million to Kames U.K. Active Value Property Fund I in 2013.
The pension fund has a 3% target allocation to indirect real estate.
