Ranji Nagaswami was named CEO of Hirtle Callaghan, said spokesman Davis MacMillan.
She replaced co-founder Jonathan Hirtle, who will to continue to serve as executive chairman. Ms. Nagaswami will report to Mr. Hirtle.
Ms. Nagaswami previously worked as an operating partner at Corsair Capital. The firm is not currently seeking a replacement, said Corsair spokesman Ross Lovern.
Hirtle Callaghan is an outsourced CIO firm with more than $20 billion in assets under supervision.
