Diana Winalski was named head of 401(k) product management at International Paper Co., Memphis, Tenn., said company spokeswoman Christa Allen in an e-mail.
Ms. Winalski started on Aug. 1 and replaced Carol Sung, who left in February to join Comcast Corp., Philadelphia. Ms. Winalski oversees the company’s $5 billion 401(k) plan and reports to Robert Hunkeler, vice president, investments.
She was previously director, 401(k) investments at Xerox Corp., Norwalk, Conn. Xerox had $5.3 billion in 401(k) assets as of Dec. 31, according to its 11-K filings. Xerox spokesman Bill McKee said such positions will be evaluated following Xerox’s split into two publicly traded companies effective Jan. 1.
