Idaho sets $50 million for Kohlberg fund

Idaho Public Employee Retirement System, Boise, committed $50 million to Kohlberg Investors VIII, a middle-market buyout fund managed by Kohlberg & Co., said an investment report e-mailed by Bob Maynard, chief investment officer.

The $14.8 billion pension fund previously committed $40 million to Kohlberg Investors VII in 2012.
