Erie County Deferred Compensation Committee, Buffalo, N.Y., rehired VALIC as record keeper, said Timothy Callan, secretary of the committee, in an e-mail.
The $223 million 457 plan issued an RFP for a record keeper in February because VALIC’s contract is expiring on Aug. 31.
Other finalists were ICMA-RC, MassMutual Financial and Nationwide Financial/New York State Deferred Compensation Plan.
Project investment consultant Hyas Group assisted.
