Nicolas Moreau was named head of Deutsche Asset Management, confirmed spokeswoman Oksana Poltavets.
Effective Oct. 1, he will replace Quintin Price, who left the company in June for health reasons. Mr. Moreau also will join Deutsche Bank’s management board. He will report to John Cryan, CEO of parent company Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Moreau was chairman and CEO of AXA France. He was replaced by Jacques de Peretti, according to a news release issued by AXA.
