Hayden Briscoe was named head of fixed income, Asia-Pacific at UBS Asset Management, a spokeswoman said.
Mr. Briscoe is based in Hong Kong and reports to John Dugenske, global head of fixed income at UBS Asset Management.
He replaces Anne Anderson, who became head of fixed income for Australia at UBS Asset Management.
Mr. Briscoe was senior vice president and director of Asia-Pacific fixed income at AllianceBernstein. It could not be learned by press time if he was replaced; spokesman Jonathan Freedman could not be immediately reached for comment.
