Andrew Géczy was named CEO at Terra Firma Capital Partners, said a spokeswoman.
He replaces interim CEO Guy Hands, who will continue as chief investment officer and chairman of the private equity firm. Mr. Hands took on the role from Tim Pryce, who stepped down from the role at the end of March for lifestyle reasons.
Mr Géczy joined from Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, where he was most recently CEO of international and institutional banking.
