Annette St. Urbain will resign as CEO of the $2.4 billion San Joaquin County Employees’ Retirement Association by Dec. 31, the Stockton, Calif.-based pension fund announced Monday.
Information on recruitment efforts could not immediately be learned.
Ms. St. Urbain joined SJCERA in 2002 and was appointed CEO in 2007.
“It has been a privilege to serve the members and beneficiaries of SJCERA as CEO,” Ms. St. Urbain said in a news release. “We have confronted many challenges the past 10 years. I am proud of the good work the board and the dedicated team of staff I have had the honor of leading have accomplished with the assistance of our consultants and advisors.”
Patricia Pabst, assistant CEO, left the pension fund last month. Nancy Calkins remains chief investment officer.
Ms. St. Urbain could not immediately be reached for additional information.
