Kemp Ross was named global head of delegated investment solutions at Willis Towers Watson, spokesman Josh Wozman said.
It is a new position. Mr. Ross is based in Chicago.
Delegated investment solutions is the company’s outsourced chief investment officer business, which now has $75 billion in assets under management.
Mr. Ross previously was senior partner and head of solutions and operations for investment at Aon Hewitt. Aon Hewitt has begun a search to fill the position, spokeswoman MacKenzie Lucas said in an e-mail. In the interim, team members will continue to manage day-to-day operations, she said.
