Jonathan Payson was named a senior adviser to CamberView Partners, which provides corporate governance and proxy voting consulting services to corporations in contested situations and shareholder engagements, a news release said.
Mr. Payson, a retired partner of Wellington Management and former president and chairman of the board of Wellington Trust Co., “adds an important perspective to CamberView’s advisory work enabling our clients’ success with their investors,” the news release said.
CamberView spokesman Chad Spitler could not be immediately reached to provide further information.
