Partners Group will open a services hub office in Manila, Philippines, in September, said a news release by the Zug, Switzerland-based private markets investment firm.
The office will be the firm's seventh in the Asia-Pacific region since it planted its flag in Singapore in 2004. The firm's other offices in the region are in Tokyo, Sydney, Seoul, Shanghai and Mumbai.
The Manila office will complement the firm's other offices around the globe in areas such as client reporting, information technology and marketing services.
The news release said Partners Group made nine direct investments in Asia on behalf of its clients in 2015.
