Massachusetts Port Authority Employees' Retirement System, East Boston, is searching for an active domestic core fixed-income manager to run about $120 million and an active domestic small-cap value equity manager to run about $19 million, said RFPs on the system's website.
Wilshire Associates, investment consultant to the $534 million system, is assisting with the searches.
The core fixed-income mandate should be benchmarked to the Barclays Aggregate index, while the small-cap equity allocation should be benchmarked to the Russell 2000 Value index.
Proposals for both allocations are due by 4 p.m. EDT on Aug. 1. A selection date was not disclosed.
Irene Moran, MPAERS' retirement director, and Stephen DiGirolamo, Wilshire vice president, could not be immediately reached for further information.
