Larimer County, Fort Collins, Colo., hired Innovest Portfolio Solutions as investment consultant for its 401(a) and 457(b) plans, said Heather MacMillan, purchasing director.
Innovest replaces Mercer, whose contract expired June 30.
An RFP was issued earlier this year because of the contract expiration. Mercer rebid and was a finalist.
As of July 2013, the most recent information available, the 401(a) plan and 457(b) plan had $137 million and $22 million in assets, respectively.
