Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Oklahoma City, allocated $33 million total to two managers on behalf of its $661 million endowment trust fund, spokeswoman Angela Caddell said in an e-mail.
The state regents hired Vanguard Group to run $26 million in its total bond market index strategy and DRA Advisors to manage $7 million in a real estate strategy.
Ms. Caddell declined to provide additional information.
