P-Solve appointed two senior consultants for its U.S. business, a news release said.
Kevin Morrison has joined as a director and consulting actuary, while James Walton has joined as an investment director.
Mr. Morrison will consult with P-Solve's corporate retirement clients on actuarial issues. He will also serve as one of the senior leaders of the firm's U.S. actuarial practice.
Mr. Walton, meanwhile, will consult with the firm's institutional investment clients, with a specific focus on investment risk management. He will also help develop P-Solve's investment strategies and in the development of new investment offerings.
Mr. Morrison was a consulting actuary at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, while Mr. Walton was a portfolio manager at Legal & General Investment Management. It could not be learned by press time if they were replaced; John Hancock spokesman Brian Carmichael and Legal & General spokeswoman Nicolette Botbol could not be immediately reached for comment.
P-Solve spokesman Michael Clark did not respond to a request for additional information by press time.
