San Francisco State University Foundation, San Francisco, is searching for either its first outsourced CIO or its first investment consultant, said Venesia Thompson-Ramsay, chief financial officer and chief operating officer, in an e-mail.
The $65 million foundation issued the RFP following a recommendation by its board to retain the services of either an OCIO or investment consultant. Ms. Thompson-Ramsay said the foundation's investment committee now provides these kinds of services internally.
Proposals are due at 5 p.m. PDT on July 29. A hiring decision is scheduled for late September.
The RFP is available on the university's website.
