Broadridge Financial Solutions acquired 4sight Financial Software, a developer of securities finance and collateral management systems, the companies announced Tuesday in a news release.
The deal closed on June 10, said Michael Hopkins, president, securities processing solutions, fixed income and risk. Terms were not disclosed.
4sight's software development will be added to Broadridge's existing business, which includes proxy voting and corporate governance services as well as equity and fixed-income trade processing. 4sight will be integrated into Broadridge's securities financing and collateral management unit.
Alastair Chisholm, founder and managing director of 4sight, will join Broadridge as vice president and general manager.
Quayle Munro advised 4sight on the deal.
