Nassau County Deferred Compensation seeks record keeper

Nassau County Deferred Compensation Plan, Mineola, N.Y., is searching for a record keeper, said Steven Conkling, deferred compensation board chairman.

The $1.2 billion 457 plan issued an RFP due to the pending expiration of current record keeper Prudential Retirement’s contract; the firm is invited to rebid.

The RFP is available on the county’s website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EDT on July 12. The board hopes to make a decision by the end of September, Mr. Conkling said.

The plan’s general consultant, The Centurion Group, is assisting.
