Olds College, Olds, Alberta, rehired BMO Nesbitt Burns as investment manager of the college’s C$25 million ($19 million) in assets, including C$8 million in endowment assets, said Cameron Campbell, the college’s purchasing supervisor.
An RFP was issued in January because BMO Nesbitt Burns’ contract was set to expire.
The college has a target asset allocation range of 45% to 60% fixed income, 40% to 50% equities and zero to 5% cash. The investment policy is under review, according to the RFP.
