Missouri State Employees’ Retirement System, Jefferson City, is searching for a secondary private markets consultant to assist in the sale of limited partnerships, said an RFP posted on the $8 billion pension fund’s website.
The pension fund is seeking a consultant to assist the investment staff “regarding the potential sale(s) of limited partnership interests — either single fund sales or portfolio sales — in private equity, private debt, real estate, energy, timberland, co-investments and/or other ‘private market’ investments.”
Whether a firm currently provides these services could not be learned by press time.
The RFP is available on MOSERS’ website. Proposals are due at 4:30pm CDT on July 1. The pension fund plans to announce a hiring Sept. 1.
