Nick Rittenhouse joined real estate manager CBRE Global Investors as a director, replacing Alison Hawkins, a managing director, said Pam Barnett, spokeswoman, in an e-mail.
Ms. Hawkins returned to real estate manager Artemis Real Estate Partners last year where she is a principal responsible for capital raising. Ms. Hawkins had previously worked at Artemis until 2013 when she left for the CBRE Global Investors position.
Mr. Rittenhouse is responsible for capital raising, recommendations for U.S. investments and investors relations.
Mr. Rittenhouse was a consultant in the San Francisco office of money management and real asset consulting firm The Townsend Group.
Neither Joseph Olszak, chief operating officer at Townsend, nor Anthony Frammartino, principal at Townsend, could be reached by press time seeking information on Mr. Rittenhouse’s replacement.
