William Keunen, managing director and global head of fund administrator Citco Fund Services, will retire on June 30.
Mr. Keunen, who has led the fund administration business since 2001, will remain with Citco in an advisory capacity, said a company spokeswoman.
Jay Peller and Kieran Conroy will become co-heads at Citco Fund Services.
Mr. Peller, who is head of sales, marketing and development, will oversee private equity, real estate, institutional investor, funds of funds and reporting services. Mr. Conroy, head of operations, will oversee its hedge fund administration business. Both are managing directors and neither will be replaced.
Citco had a total of $1.048 trillion in assets under administration as of Dec. 31, according to eVestment. The firm had $650 billion in hedge fund AUA; $153 billion from hedge funds of funds, and a combined $245 billion in private equity and real estate AUA.
