Alaska Permanent puts $200 million with Kynikos hedge funds

Alaska Permanent Fund Corp., Juneau, made direct hedge fund investments totaling $200 million with Kynikos Associates, said Laura Achee, spokeswoman, in an e-mail.

The $52.4 billion sovereign wealth fund approved investments of $100 million each with two Kynikos funds in March, Ms. Achee said. She would not provide further information.
