Rich Randall will assume the role of global head of debt investments at infrastructure boutique IFM Investors on July 1, the Sydney-based firm announced Thursday.
Mr. Randall will replace Robin Miller, a 17-year IFM veteran who will take on a new position as senior adviser while retaining the role of chair of the firm’s investment committee, said a spokeswoman in an e-mail.
Mr. Randall currently serves as IFM’s New York-based executive director of debt investments. A spokesman for the firm didn’t immediately have information on whether that position will be filled when Mr. Randall takes on his new role.
Mr. Randall will remain in New York. Mr. Miller had been based in Melbourne.
An IFM news release said Mr. Randall will manage IFM Investors’ global debt investment teams, and oversee the sourcing of infrastructure debt opportunities internationally. He’ll report to CEO Brett Himbury.
